These Terms and Conditions apply to booking requests submitted through the Doma Budapest website and to the apartment accommodation service.

The Service Provider offers private accommodation services (apartment rental) through domabudapest.hu.
Completing and submitting the booking/contact form on the website constitutes a booking request and generates an automatic confirmation email. This automatic email only confirms receipt of the request and does not mean final acceptance of the booking.
The contract is formed when the Service Provider manually confirms the available dates by email and the Guest pays the requested deposit by the stated deadline.

Prices shown on the website or in the confirmation email are stated in HUF (or in the currency specified in the confirmation).
Tourist tax (IFA): Tourist tax, at the rate required by current law and applicable to guests over 18, is shown as a separate item in the final amount payable in the confirmation.
Payment method: Bank transfer.
Deposit payment: Within 3 calendar days of the manual confirmation, the Guest must transfer 50% of the full accommodation fee as a deposit to the bank account provided by the Service Provider.
If the deposit is not received by the stated deadline, the Service Provider is entitled to cancel the booking request and offer the dates to another guest.
Remaining balance: The remaining 50% must be paid by bank transfer no later than before the day of arrival.

Free cancellation: The Guest may cancel the booking in writing by email without penalty no later than 7 days before the planned arrival date. In this case, the paid deposit is fully refundable.
Late cancellation: If cancellation takes place within 7 days before arrival, the paid 50% deposit remains with the Service Provider as a penalty and is not refundable.
No-show: If the Guest does not arrive on the arrival date and has not indicated an intention to cancel in advance, the full accommodation fee (or the paid deposit) is due to the Service Provider as a penalty.

Check-in: From 15:00 on the day of arrival.
Check-out: No later than 10:00 on the day of departure.
Access: The accommodation is equipped with a smart lock (digital/code-based access system). The Service Provider sends the unique access codes and instructions to the Guest before arrival, after the accommodation fee has been paid in full.

Smoking: Smoking is STRICTLY PROHIBITED throughout the apartment, including e-cigarettes and iQOS.
Pets: Pets are not allowed at the accommodation.
Events and parties: House parties, events and loud gatherings are prohibited in the apartment.
Quiet hours: In order to respect the residential community, quiet hours apply between 22:00 and 08:00.
Damage: The Guest is fully financially responsible for damage caused by the Guest or their visitors to the accommodation, furnishings, objects or property. The Service Provider is entitled to pass on the cost of repair/restoration to the Guest.

The Guest must report any complaints arising during the stay to the Service Provider immediately using the provided email address or phone number, so the issue can be resolved as soon as possible.

Matters not regulated in these Terms and Conditions are governed by the Hungarian Civil Code and the provisions of the Act on Electronic Commerce Services.
